Meet the People Behind Hi Shine
Eriselda "Elda" Brozzetti
Founder & President
Born and raised in Albania, Elda grew up in a culture where honesty and hard work are expectations, not aspirations — principles she has carried into Hi Shine from the beginning. After moving to Philadelphia in 2001, she earned two undergraduate degrees from Penn State University and an advanced degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
As President, Elda leads Hi Shine's day-to-day operations and the teams responsible for delivering on its commitments to customers. Under her leadership, Hi Shine has grown from a small local operation into a trusted commercial cleaning partner across Greater Philadelphia — while preserving the personal accountability, consistency, and care that have defined the company from the start.
Michael Brozzetti
Co-Founder & Advisor
Michael is an entrepreneur, business leader, and advisor with more than two decades of experience spanning governance, risk, operations, and technology-enabled systems. Beyond Hi Shine, he leads other business ventures and serves in board and advisory roles.
At Hi Shine, Michael works alongside Elda on long-term strategy, governance, technology enablement, and operational design — strengthening the systems and processes that support the people delivering the service. His focus is helping Hi Shine grow thoughtfully while preserving the accountability, responsiveness, and operating discipline that have earned the trust of its customers.
Mather Wiswall
Customer Experience Advisor
Mather brings brand, communication, and technology together to help Hi Shine serve the people and organizations that depend on it. He supports the implementation and ongoing operation of technology-enabled customer engagement — from first inquiry through the day-to-day experience of being a Hi Shine client.
As Customer Experience Advisor, Mather works with Hi Shine on how customers find, evaluate, and communicate with the company, and on the systems behind consistent, responsive follow-through. His work helps translate what makes Hi Shine distinctive into clearer customer experiences — while giving the team better tools to understand and respond to what customers need.
